Cartier has reopened its Parisian flagship store at 154 avenue des Champs-Elysées, following 8 months of extensive renovations.
The private hotel built during the Second Empire, which hosts the shop Cartier for 10 years at the top of the Champs Elysees Paris near the Arc de Triomphe has gone through a complete makeover.
Perfect showcase to discover the universe of Cartier and its creations, the store covers 650 sqm on 2 floors with new spaces both masculine and feminine on the ground floor and a salon dedicated to bridal facing the accessories lounge on the first floor. Several VIP salons set as comfortable libraries have been added.
The renovation of this old mansion “inaugurates a series of openings and large-scale renovations,” says the brand, including those in New York on Fifth Avenue and Tokyo, both scheduled to reopen in 2016. Cartier stores in Houston and Seoul will be relocated in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Cartier has also announced a new store opening for 2015 in Chengdu.
