King’s Cake by Etername and Les Fées Patissières

(Lire en français)

Traditionally, Christmas doesn’t finish until Twelfth Night is done. Yes, the same Twelth Night Shakespeake was referring in his play of the same name : the festivities marking Epiphany, the arrival of the Three Kings and bow to a little Jesus born in a stable. A blessed night where everything can happen.
And we French usually celebrate with a delicious pastry filled with frangipane and a hidden coin or a lucky charm baked into the cake.

This year Eternamé and Les Fées Pâtissières have revisited the King’s Cake, hiding three precious rings from the collection Entrelacs as a clin d’oeil to the Donkeyskin fairy tale.

Happy Epiphany to all jewellery lovers with a sweet tooth!

King’s Cake: 18€ for 4 people and 34€ for 8 people @ Les Fées Pâtissières,starting from 1rst January 2016.
